Great location, close to everything. Clean rooms and bathrooms, and a kitchen, making it perfect for families or groups. I planned to stay for one night, but ended up staying two.

My stay was quite colorful 😄 The front door was a bit difficult to open, and there were cockroaches inside, which caused a bit of a stir with the kids. The water heater wasn't working or the gas was out, so we had to use boiled water for a shower. The room felt damp, and the sheets and mattress smelled a bit of old fabric. The pillow didn't have a cover, so I didn't use it. There was a trash can, but it was outside, so I didn't notice it at first. Plus points: the kitchen was very well-equipped, which I liked. There was no Wi-Fi. The location is strategic and close to everything 😊

Alhamdulillah, my stay here was quite satisfactory and worth it for the price I got, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen with complete cooking utensils, a dining table, a TV too, even when entering, cleanliness is maintained, access is also easy because it is right across from the Jatim Park 2 exit, basically it is recommended for staying with family 👍

Got it for around 140, plus tax, it was 170. It's so close to JTP2 that we didn't bring a car and just walked. The room is clean, but don't ever compare it to hotels priced around 400-500. The villa is nice and close to the tourist center. However, the hot water doesn't work well, and there are a lot of black ants, which is a bit annoying. The kitchen has a leak, so water gets in when it rains. The villa could probably be improved. The staff is very friendly and responsive if you need help.

It is also good for the vendor to prepare insect spray. because during the 3 nights of staying. almost every morning there are around 20 large black ants coming out in the second bedroom. Sometimes cockroaches also appear. Overall the villa is comfortable for resting. the pillows and mattresses are soft. besides that it is close to JTP2, Indomaret, looking for dinner, breakfast is also close. every morning there are always street vendors selling breakfast for under 20k. for transportation it is also good to go anywhere just order a Grab car. it's just that sometimes the search for drivers in the application is a bit slow because the drivers hang out maybe a bit far and there is also a traffic jam towards the villa because it's the weekend.

thank God I got a villa in Batu 88. The location is very strategic. If you want to go to JP2, just walk there. Clean and friendly villa admin. Only for the air temperature is not controlled because there is a large wind gap in the kitchen canopy. for children who are allergic to cold and extreme temperature changes must be vigilant.
