Shuttle service waited for 1 hour, restaurant telephone service did not work, going around to the receptionist and long service for regular fried rice (more than 1 hour). If you ask for cleaning, you have to ask the receptionist, the make up room sign does not work. The room hallway is dirty. When asking for the room to be cleaned, it took 45 minutes for the officer to come. Had to wait because there was no spare key. There were 3 officers who came when I checked, 1 was sweeping, 1 was sitting with his feet up on the table, 1 was playing with his cellphone until I left the room.
