Booked a family room, got one on the second floor. The room was clean and spacious, with a large bed—probably a king size—clean toilet, and working hot water. The TV also worked. Luckily, we stayed on a long weekend, so we had a buffet breakfast. The variety and taste were quite good. Because it's near the train crossing, if you wait, you might get stuck in traffic. That's all. Overall, it was satisfactory and I would return. I also recommend the family room for those with a large group.

Every Eid, when I go home to Cirebon, I always stay at the Sampurna Hotel, choose the family room.

Stayed 3 days 2 nights in a family suite room, the room was big and clean but there was only 1 electrical outlet while there were 4 of us, the water in the sink leaked making the bathroom floor wet, it was asked to be fixed but it was not done, the spray in the toilet for flushing was only attached to the toilet and the water was small, the hotel location was close to the train station so it was very audible when a train passed by disturbing my rest, the dining room for breakfast was very inadequate and the menu was also not varied, the room key was not digital but still used a manual key, with the price I paid 2,200,000 for 2 nights I should have gotten good facilities, it was really disappointing, I really do not recommend staying especially since the price was quite expensive with the facilities I got during my stay there.
