No coffee or tea in the room. There were 2 towels, one of which was worn out. Breakfast was not very varied. The pool was basic, just for playing in the water, nothing else. One of the staff at the front office said rudely, when I was about to check in at 5, my father wanted to use the toilet in front of the FO because he was in a hurry to travel due to the traffic jam. The toilet there was occupied by one of the FO officers. My father opened it and tried to open the lock, but it was locked from the outside. Then the officer said 'stupid' while talking to another officer. My family and I heard them, and apologized because my father had locked it from the outside (with the intention of opening it thinking it was locked).

The hotel staff is friendly, check-in/out is hassle-free, and the facilities are good. The breakfast could be improved, though it lacks variety for a hotel of this stature, which is a shame.

When the power went out, a hotel this size didn't have a generator, so the room was incredibly hot.
