it was awesome.. the place is quiet, friendly hotel staffs, spacious room, nice swimming pool and also very good in their food presentation.

We had a great time staying in Urban Sands. Staffs are all accommodating! Rooms are neat and worth the price. Two thumbs up!

The hotel was great but I check in at 11pm hungry and tired but the restaurant was closed. I slept hungry.

The place was so good. Very relaxing ambiance, kudos to all the staff for great service. We really had a great time and would definitely be back and recommend the place to anyone as well.
