Tempatnya bagus, nyaman, dan sepi, cocok banget buat yang mau quality time bareng pasangan atau keluarga, jauh dari kebisingan, AC-nya beroperasi normal, kamar mandinya luas banget, water heater-nya juga berfungsi dengan bagus, staff-nya ramah banget, makanannya enak-enak, dengan harga segitu sangat worth it untuk dicoba lagi ke sini, kamarnya juga bersih dan nyaman banget. Hotel murah, bagus, pelayanan ramah, fasilitas lengkap di Pulau Gili Trawangan, lokasi agak jauh dari dermaga jadi disarankan sewa sepeda yang per harinya Rp50 ribu.

I love the design of the bungalow with sasak decoration, it has a safety box in the room, and the room is clean. There is no blanket, just one sheet on the cover, then I felt so cold at night when I slept. The cottage is 15 minutes from Port Bay by bike.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, fluently english, but need some little stuff like tissue, drink water, but there in kitchen available like spoon/mug/plate that you can borrow

It's cheap, you don't need to have high expectations, so for example, if you have a better budget, you should just go to another hotel.

Pelayanan yang didapat super baik. Kamar dan fasilitas super istimewa. Makanan serta lokasi wah. Enak sekali bagi kami. Senang dan bahagia banget bisa perwisatan di Gili Kulemba Bungalow dengan lokasi yang strategis dan lain waktu pastinya kami akan menginap di tempat tersebut. Ramah dan bersih banget👍

Pertama kali tiba d pelabuhan gili trawangan. Ternyata lokasi nya cukup lumayan jauh +/- 2km disarankan sewa sepeda di pelabuhan kl bawa barang banyak. Jangan sewa andong kl tidak rombongan krn sewanya 100k/trip. Bisa request jemput ke bapak receptionis. Kamar adem ac daikin punya. Bapak penjaga welcome , sewa sepeda 50k 2sepeda.. Sarapan nasi goreng enak masakan ibunya. Overall 8.9 minus tv aja tidak ada..

Immediately down and bad mood seeing the condition of the pool which is dirty and not maintained. When you enter the room the smell of musty then smells of urine when you enter the toilet / bathroom. AC is not cold. The front office is not stand by on the premises. The same day I decided to immediately move hotels.

I rented 2 rooms. There is no bottled water to make tea coffee, you have to go to the kitchen, the bathroom light is broken, already said it was not made, Far from the pier. There are no toiletries, we are only given bath soap, and the bath soap runs out, we have to ask first. Your two rooms cannot be locked so if you want to go for a walk, you are a little worried about the items in the room. For breakfast just plain fried rice and fried noodles.

lack of facilities .. the review on the application said that bicycles were provided for free, it turned out to be paid. Far to the road / beach / pier. I already rent a bicycle from the hotel, but when I want to go back to the dock, I can't bring a bicycle, I have to rent a cidomo, which is expensive. the price of the hotel and the exact price being billed with the voucher is more expensive. There is no toilet paper either ... the only thing that makes it delicious is the friendly guards. the point is it is better to be a little expensive looking for a hotel near the beach / pier than many additional costs.
