Honestly, it's very comfortable, and for this low price, the service is 5-star. The staff are friendly, smiling, and courteous. All requests are met promptly. The place is very, very nice for the price, compared to Jakarta, where the price is like a pigsty and the service is like a dog's. Honestly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, with slippers, good toiletries, clean towels, hot water, tea, and sugar.

Unfortunately, the room was not ready for impromptu accommodation, because when we entered the room it was still messy and had not been tidied up, and some rooms also had problems.

It's so aesthetic, hahaha. I really like it. The vibe is cool, homey yet modern, with lots of hangout spots. The location is strategic, close to everything. Check-in/out is fast. The security is very proactive, always keeping motorcycle helmets secured inside the post. Top!

Parking is difficult, and the billiards facility closes at 9 a.m. due to breakfast preparations. It's noisy because it's right on the side of the road.

What I liked about staying at Rumaterra: the restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes at affordable prices, the homey and comfortable atmosphere, the friendly staff and owner, and the strategic location close to various tourist attractions and culinary delights. The only thing I didn't like was that the room I chose didn't have a sink, something I consider quite important and usually found in bathrooms.

Very strategic location on the side of the road, delicious breakfast, all the staff are friendly, the room doesn't have AC because it's cold, the place is very comfortable, only the room is stuffy, there are no air conditioning windows, the lights are not very bright, and the sofa bed is very sore next time, just change it to a regular mattress, overall it's very pleasant to stay here ;)

Overall it's okay, but the TV seems like a mere display in room 102/107 (I forgot), basically it's a corner room. When I checked in, I wasn't given mineral water. I was given it after I WhatsApped them. The next day, I was offered another refill. I got hot water and plain water in a kettle. The decor is aesthetically pleasing. You can just walk to Lembang town square, it's close.
