Arayanna is the cleanest hotel I've ever been to, from the bedroom to the bathroom. Even the toilet seat was thoroughly cleaned, not just the toilet bowl, so there wasn't a single trace of limescale. The superior bedrooms are incredibly spacious, equipped with a large wardrobe, a large dressing table, a large TV, and a super spacious display case underneath. The staff are also very friendly. Crazy, nothing disappoints here. If I go back to Trawas, I'll stay here again. I give it a 10/10 rating.

The view from the room terrace is truly a winner, you can see Mount Penanggungan, but it's a shame the room is located in front of the bus parking lot, and the stairs leading to the room don't have a canopy, so it's prone to slippery when it rains.

I wanted a restful staycation, but instead I was disturbed by group activities on the hotel grounds. The hotel had no rules for group activities on the premises, and they used loud speakers until 11:00 PM.

Cleanliness, atmosphere, views, and food. The only downsides are the slow shower water when it's crowded with people fighting over it, and the water tank isn't very strong. The swimming pool is also very dirty and poorly maintained, especially since it's open to the public. Overall, it's okay, especially during promotions.

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. The atmosphere is beautiful, there is a swimming pool, and the spacious rooms are perfect for family time.

Check in is taking a long time... If the room is ready, check in shouldn't be so rigid at 2 o'clock.... It's true that the check in rule is 2 o'clock, but in other hotels, if the room is ready at 12:30, you can also check in... Don't be so rigid with the rules...

spacious room... very clean.... nice view, affordable price. staff is very friendly, even willing to lend a motorbike to buy quota at that time. because the wifi in the room is not as good as in the public area outside the room. the price of food is not expensive, like the cheese cassava. want to come back here again... thank you Arayyana... love it

first time trying to stay here, got room no. 514 hotel staff & security are friendly, very helpful check in / check out is fast, doesn't take long not far from the hotel there are many places to eat / shops / pharmacies, so you don't get confused when looking for food etc. minus: - room cleanliness is improved, there is a spider's nest near the lamp on the right side of the bed, go upstairs - tissue is very economical, looks like it's not refilled, aka used before, especially the tissue in the toilet - family room for 4 guests should have 4 sandals, 4 towels, 4 toothbrushes, 4 glasses & more tea / coffee / sugar, the point is to adjust it to the number of guests, if towels / glasses & stuff / sandals are okay even though they are given 2, if toothbrushes should be for each person - blankets still have stains all ok, comfortable, there are chairs on the front porch to sit while sunbathing, there are also shady trees so fresh air, recommended thank you 🙏🏼
