I booked for 10 nights because we needed to do some business and visited some healthcare clinics, so we need a quiet resting place with a bit of a kitchen to cook in case we need to. Our one-bedroom has a section with a fridge, an electric stove, a microwave, and a kettle. The room is equipped with basic kitchenware (a pot, a pan, some bowls, utensils, plates, knives, and a cutting board), so it is enough if you want to cook, but they don't provide you with simple condiments like oil or salt; buy some if you need. Our room is right behind the door to the waste disposal, and that door is super loud whenever someone walks through and it slams. I don't have a problem with that, but if you are a light sleeper, remember this to ask them not to put you in a room like that. There is no Wi-Fi, no cable TV (although there is a TV in the room, there is no channel), so you should be prepared if you do a lot of work on the internet. I had to buy an e-sim because of this. But the apartment is a part of the hotel next door, so you can go to the hotel lounge and work there; they have very good Wi-Fi, just inconvenient in the room with no internet. If you are a foreigner with no Indonesian barcode bank payment method, please remember to bring 200 RM in cash for the deposit because the agent doesn't have the credit card machine. I was glad they told me in advance so that I got some cash from the exchange counter; otherwise, it will be a difficult situation. Also, remember to check the check-in time very carefully, because if you check in later than 23:30, they will charge you 150 RM as a fine. They told me one day before we arrived, and it was a bit of a hassle because we went with a late flight. The booking agent is Luoko company, and they are easy to communicate with; you can tell them what is not reasonable and ask for their resources, they are willing to help. The apartment suites building is right next to a hotel, a big shopping mall, and a food court in the same compound. Easy to move around.
