Good value budget hotel. Will come again. Pluses: free parking, elevator, friendly helpful staff, room ok with AC & TV, complimentary water & coffee mix, on main road across good bfast place; quiet; good free wifi (60mbps). Negatives: No hot water, no toiletries (bring tooth brush/paste), bath towels a bit sticky, hallway needs proper update & cleaning; tv only 3 local channels - smart tv would be nice so can watch streaming service like netflix/amazonprime/disneystar.

This hotel is best fit for a budget stay with parking provided. Nearby to the town and easy access for foods. Recommended for both backpackers & family stay.

The air conditioner is damaged in the middle of the night and produces noisy noise and we have to turn off the air conditioner for safety. There are less friendly lobbyists.

Good stay for a student like me as the rate is quite moderate. The hotel is clean and close to many food places surrounding.

Comfortable stay but few minor problems, namely there were mosquitos in room, only one towel available for two of us even have requested but not entertained, broken hot water machine. Else, ok and value for money.
