Friendly and fast reception

The location and the service is good.

The check-in staff, named RAYMOND, was very professional and 5-star. Very fast and accurate. All the staff here provided excellent service, including housekeeping, bellboys, and the police. The bed was large and the room was clean. Highly recommended.

I stayed overnight because I had to go for a checkup at Sunway Medical. Everything was fine...just the situation wasn't good. My child had a fever. My husband was hospitalized. The hotel was good, but not very pleasant.

Connecting with the mall and easy to shop.

We would like to express our gratitude especially to Mr. Raymond, who showed his effort in helping us when we forgot our bag in a Grab car. He tried to contact the driver, checked the CCTV, informed us of any updates, and always told us to let him know if there was anything we needed during our stay there. All the staff there are nice and friendly, but once again, thank you very much, Mr. Raymond, for your kind assistance. If we return to Kuala Lumpur in the future, Sunway Velocity Hotel definitely will be our first choice to stay.

Pengalaman menginap 4 malam di Sunway Velocity Hotel sangat menyenangkan, hotel bersih, semua petugas hotelnya ramah dan baik. Lokasi hotel sangat strategis dekat ke mana-mana, di area hotel ada mal, banyak restoran dan buat aku yang suka jogging di area ini sangat nyaman buat olahraga pagi.❤️

Stay for 6 nights here for a business trip. Easy access to the mall and also close to the office building area. Unfortunately, no breakfast provided here. Please consider providing breakfast. Other than that, the cleaner cleans the room on a daily basis, even when I don't put the tag on the door or switch on the clean my room sign. But there's one occasion, the cleaner didn't close my door properly. When I came back, I was surprised that the door was not closed properly, because that morning the cleaner bell at my door, and I let her in, then I went out immediately. Fortunately, all of my things were safe. Because there's a little problem with my room door, you have to use more power when you close the door, otherwise it will not close and lock properly. Please fix this problem as soon as possible. Cleanliness wise was okay, I found 1 dried chili under the curtains, probably from the previous guest and the cleaner didn't clean the floor thoroughly. Got new towels too, and complimentary tea/coffee sachets on a daily basis. What I love about this hotel is the rooftop/swimming pool area, they also have a fitness center.
