The signage wasn't clear so I missed it. When I first arrived, it wasn't as expected. The parking lot wasn't that big and it was difficult to get in and out of the hotel, you have to be a bit skilled at driving. The room was small for around Rp200,000 because I took the cheapest room type. There was no AC in the room, although the atmosphere was cool, there were definitely times when it was stuffy and without AC it could be even stuffier. The TV wasn't a smart TV, only an analog STB so it couldn't access YouTube etc., only local broadcasts. The mattress was very hard and the pillows were shabby but covered with a white cloth so they wouldn't be visible. The amenities were very stingy, only a small bar of soap, no toothbrush etc. The drinks were only water + black coffee and sugar. There were dispensers everywhere if you wanted to refill drinks easily. The view was decent, but if you want a good view you have to go to the 3rd floor. At night it was nice to see the city lights and during the day Mount Panderman. The swimming pool was small and the water wasn't clear, a bit murky. The receptionist is definitely not recommended. They're very indifferent to guests, and serving them while smoking is incredibly rude. The children's playground is just so-so. The Wi-Fi is slow, but it doesn't make you angry. If you're staying here, I suggest you don't take the cheapest room, as it's not worth the price.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the views are incredibly beautiful. The hotel is very comfortable, and there are plenty of vendors around, so you don't have to worry about going hungry and having to travel far for food.

The hotel's location is not far from the city center, and the atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable. The rooms and surroundings are spotlessly clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The best!!!

I stayed in a mixed dorm. The room was nice but the cleanliness... not so much. There was dust everywhere, dirt in bed, broken bathroom door, and broken locker. It's a nay!

The room is clean, with complete and functional amenities. My suggestion is to have a power outlet near the bed so you can charge your phone or laptop while you're working.

I really liked it. When I stayed there was fog in the afternoon, the view was amazing, Mount Arjuna, Selecta, Batu City, and even Paralayang Hill were all visible. Mount Panderman was visible on the other side of the hotel. It's a perfect place for healing with a very pocket-friendly budget. You can stroll around the area in the quiet and comfortable atmosphere in the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was quite good, the water heater worked well, and even without air conditioning, the air around Panderman View was very cool.

Next time, please check the room before checking in. There are a lot of termites in the room. If I had no problem, other guests would definitely be disappointed. I apologize for improving the cleanliness of the room. I also work at a hotel. 🙏

Nice villa, great view, location close to the transport museum. If you leave the room, you have to ask for it to be cleaned so it's not automatically cleaned. You also have to ask for the wifi password before it's given. The point is, you have to ask for this villa before it's given. Oh yeah, the toilet smells a bit when you first move in. Eat lots of GrabFood.
