We stayed 1 night in the best class through Treveloka, in the morning at 05.00 we walked out of the hotel and returned to the hotel around 06.00. We got information on all rooms on the 1st floor. Because the lights are off, the room facilities that can be accessed are only the room key and shower water (other than that no one can function). We ask whether the generator doesn't work? The officer answered that the generator is unable and "the technician will be called". Finally we had to check out without taking a shower that morning because we were very uncomfortable with the receptionist's response and the condition of the room was pitch black without air conditioning.
