The spring bed is not soft enough, it's time to change the towels, there is no shampoo and toothbrush, only 2 bars of soap, there is no hot water kettle but there are dispensers in the hallways, the parking lot is spacious and the view from the 2nd floor and rooftop is good, the location in front of BNS is very strategic, next to Indomaret.

The room was comfortable, worth the price. The downside was the dirty towels and the inaccessible Wi-Fi on the second floor corner.

Evening check-in is still well served.

This place is highly recommended. It was my first time staying with my family in Batu. We got a room that was perfect for four people with children aged 5 and 7. The sheets and blanket were fragrant and soft. Luckily, we stayed during Ramadan, so there weren't many guests, and the atmosphere was truly homey. Unfortunately, the towels were a bit rough. I recommend bringing your own towels and toiletries if you visit. But overall, it's a great place to stay if you come back to Batu.

The villa is great, close to BNS, but the downside is that it doesn't have a water heater.

we came when it was raining and Maghrib Alhamdulillah the hotel staff accepted by showing the traveloka voucher, the location is easy, in front of BNS and many shops in front of the hotel, Indomaret and Alfamart are close by just walking distance, for the standard superior family room, there is no AC/fan but it is already very cold. when we first arrived the KM shower heater was not hot but in the morning we asked the staff to open it and then the hot position was hot but it took a while, for the shortcomings, please fix the curtains because they are easy to come off when pulled, the shelf under the TV is also tilted, it seems it is not for heavy items, wifi is available (because the room is on the ground floor) for standard breakfast but it is quite good (fried rice and chicken soto menu) .. because we only stayed one night and for a short time there are not many reviews .. hopefully in the future it will be better .. thx u Batuque Town Villa ..

The hotel's atmosphere and rooms are adequate for the price. What's nice is that it's very close to the Jatim Park tourist attraction.

Please, for breakfast, especially the fried rice, if you want to serve it, at least heat it up first. Don't serve it cold to your guests.

The location is strategic, right in front of BNS. There's also an Indomaret nearby, but for those accustomed to hotels, the soundproofing is very poor; you can hear everything from outside.
