The best thing is the location. It's very strategic, easy to find because it's on the side of the road, close to Batu Square (5 minutes walk), across from it is Gacoan, and right next to it is Indomaret. The size of the room and bed for a family with 2 small children is quite small, but okay, comfortable for a night's stay. If there is an option of an extra bed or a room with a larger size it would be better. Standard cleanliness, there is Wi-Fi, TV, fan, mini carpet, hot water, shared kitchen, spacious parking area for motorbikes. There are many areas to sit and relax outside the room and it's very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, when complaining about hot water problems, they immediately handle it. Cons: the stairs are narrow and quite high, so toddlers need to be supervised so they don't leave the room alone, and suggestions for the bathroom should be provided with toiletries. Overall, recommended for staying while traveling to Batu 🫶🏻

I found something strange about this accommodation. I've never been asked how many people I've brought in other accommodations. This was my first time here. Since I was bringing a maid, meaning three adults, I was asked to add an extra bed. But I usually bring my own air mattress. Whether in hotels, villas, or apartments, it's not a problem.

This is my second time staying here, and it's always worth it. Always clean, always smells good, and is a pleasant stay. I'll always come back here if I ever want to stay in Batu! Love Omah Etan Batu!!!!! ❤️

The place is comfortable, close to Batu town square, close to Gacoan too, and if you need anything, just go to Indomaret right next door. Next time I go to Batu, I'll stay here again.

The location is strategically located near Mie Gacoan and Indomaret, just a short walk away, and Batu Square is also close by, only 5 minutes away. However, the room is small and cramped, with no wardrobe or place to store clothes, no water heater, and no amenities. There are only two towels, and the rest are empty. There is a shared kitchen and free tea and coffee. I got a room on the second floor, but the TV didn't work, so I was finally allowed to move.
