It's great in all respects. There's just one downside. From late afternoon to evening, the water goes out, for about three hours I think. Hopefully, the water issue can be fixed.

Affordable place to stay, get 4 rooms close to Carita Beach and free of charge.

The villa caretaker arrived early in the morning and sat down even though it wasn't time for us to check out. It felt like we were being watched, making us uncomfortable. There were many empty and damaged villas nearby.

It's not bad for the price, as it's an older building. But overall, it's adequate for a villa near Carita. For a three-bedroom villa at this price, it's quite worthwhile and still recommended.

1. There's no Wi-Fi. 2. There's no AC/fan in the family room, so it's stuffy. 3. The TV is broken (I complained first, then it was fixed). 4. The kitchen and bathroom sinks are clogged. 5. Only one of the four bedrooms has cold AC. 6. The upstairs front bedroom is crawling with rats. 7. Villa No. 6 is flanked by haunted old houses on the front, back, right, and left, making it a bit spooky at night.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

The villa is nice, I booked Nias 9, but when I arrived the AC in the downstairs room was really noisy and disturbed my sleep because the AC was old, so it had to be replaced, even though it was still cold, the AC was really noisy. Plus, the top sheets on the 2 beds were not fitted, when I WA they said they were out of stock. So it was itchy to sleep without a bedsheet. The villa is suitable for a large family. If it's just for one family, it's a bit of a hassle because the empty villa next to it is already damaged. But if it's comfortable and cheap, it's suitable for 3 families. And the atmosphere when entering the villa is quiet but pleasant, cool and crowded with families who booked the villa during Eid al-Fitr.

Very good and quite satisfied to bring the family here, the place to stay is clean and comfortable.

The Villa Admiral area isn't actually a residential area. But my experience staying there was pretty standard: The villa area is mostly under renovation. The building is old-fashioned, but the villa is well-maintained. The grass hasn't been mowed, so it feels like an empty house. It should be given more attention, not just maintenance. Bedroom 3 includes an en suite bathroom, and the two upstairs bedrooms have a bathtub. The kitchen has a stove, cooking utensils, and is quite spacious. The side area is also spacious for gatherings, which is actually quite standard, but because the villa's surroundings are old-fashioned, it's a bit of a hassle. In the afternoon, there are women exercising. Many residents pass through the villa access to the market near Anyer Beach. The location is strategic, especially across from Pandan Beach. Bringing 3 small children is very safe, and there have been no incidents. Once again, the villa's surroundings do look old-fashioned, and some of the villas are undergoing renovations to make them even better.

The villa is quite large, for family events. Unfortunately it is not equipped with wifi or pay TV. Overall recommended for family events

not recommended for families with children... the villa is scary, plus at night the lights go out, the water also goes out... when I finished playing at the beach and wanted to take a shower, the water in the villa went out, only the maid's bathroom and the garden were on, so the guys took a shower in the garden, the girls in the maid's room... I will never stay here again

I stay at halmahera villas for 4 family which's 20 speople, first impression is horror, because along side villa there a abandon villas didn't maintenance from owner. The villas is big and "teteh" is maid is very helpful and kindess its a plus point. Have a 3 bathroom and water also. Must effort walk 300m to nearest beach "pandan beach". Every morning or evening much vendor selling fruit and dry fish its lil bit annoyed its make not private. The price is according from actual situasion. Its good but not so good. Thank you.

The villa was scary :( there were many disturbances while I was there and the cleanliness was also lacking.

It's really nice here, everything is provided, the rooms are also spacious and nice.

Sy pernah sewa kondo, kali ini cobain Villa, walaupun tidak langsung pantai, ternyata lebih enak suasana divilla lebih privasi dan nyaman lokasinya, villanya bagus, bersih dan harga sangat bersahabat untuk keluarga 12 orang. Kepantai tinggal jalan kaki skalian olah raga tidak jauh. Thanks

The house looks like it's been like that for a long time, but it's still good, well maintained, clean, the air conditioning is all on, there's a kitchen, new gallons are prepared when you run out, the housing is just a bit quiet, luckily it's busy when it comes so it's okay, it's quite okay at that price, but If it's just a couple, it's not recommended here, if you want to be here it's better if it's crowded like that.
