Counter service very slow. I had to wait a long time before I could enter the room.

Hotel conditions not as advertised. Entrance at the back which is a bit annoying. No front entrance. The door already broken.

Aircon warm, not really clean and have a lot of cockroaches.

Aircond is not cold. Water pressure is also very low. During my stay, the water was gone and I had to wait for the water to check out. The toilet is dirty.

I booked a twin bed room but got a queen bed room instead. The room has bugs. The lobby smells bad. Not so ‘executive’ hotel.
