The staff is friendly. However, the restaurant area is cramped, typical of Medan hotels. Parking is limited. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but lack foot towels and other small amenities. Overall, it's comfortable.

Parking is a bit difficult, the car is parked on the side of the road.

The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was amazing with many choices of Asian cuisines. However, I booked 2 rooms, but one of them has no fridge in it. Overall, the stay was satisfying.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel is very satisfactory.

But sometimes you get a room that doesn't have a mini fridge.

The discotheque next to the hotel was incredibly noisy from midnight until 5:30 a.m., the thumping music making it hard to sleep. The gym didn't open until 7:00 a.m., which was useless. I couldn't use it because it was time to go to work.

The best is the swimming pool, especially at night.

Friendly staff, decent rooms, clean.

Very family friendly.. The kids were very happy.. There was face painting for children, there was a children's and adult's swimming pool on the rooftop with a view of Medan city. Super friendly service, the staff were quick at check-in and out. Top, 10 out of 10. Good job Swiss Bell, thank you.
