Very family friendly.. The kids were very happy.. There was face painting for children, there was a children's and adult's swimming pool on the rooftop with a view of Medan city. Super friendly service, the staff were quick at check-in and out. Top, 10 out of 10. Good job Swiss Bell, thank you.

Great, according to my wishes and the receptionist service is very humble.

Always a choice because of the ease of access and there is a coffee shop and grocery store in front of it which can be reached just by walking.

It's worth a try, the rooftop view is also nice.

The staff was friendly, and it wasn't a hassle to receive food delivery. Unfortunately, the sheets and pillowcases weren't pure white anymore, they were slightly yellowed.

Only the suite room I occupied was not cold because the AC was not working properly.

Stayed at Swiss Belinn Gajah Mada with my family during Eid al-Fitr. The hotel is comfortable, strategically located, across from the hotel there is an Indomaret and Alfamart open 24 hours. As for the room facilities, the water tap in the sink (room 712) was not working properly. When the tap is moved to the right (for cold water) hot water comes out, and when it is moved to the right, no water comes out. So, when washing hands, I use the shower because the tap water is hot. The color of the bath towels is no longer white, more gray, looks old towels, it would be better to upgrade with new towels. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, including helping with parking the car when the parking lot is full. The breakfast tastes good, standard hotel. The main menu is not much variety. I like the omelet and sausage. The swimming pool is on the 9th floor, quite crowded and I did not see any lifeguards on duty around the pool. Overall, it was a fun stay here with my family!

This was my first stay at the Swiss Bellin. There was a minor issue, but the staff quickly took action. They weren't slow to respond.
