The shampoo and soap smelled awful, I don't know what they were mixed with, and they were only refilled when we asked (meaning they hadn't checked them all along). The clothes hangers were hanging loose. And what was unforgettable was the staff's indifference. Instead of inviting us to sit while waiting for check-in, they nonchalantly said: check-in is at 2, if you want to come in first, there's a charge. They spoke as if they didn't need the customer. Well, that was the first and last experience.

The AC is hot. I called the officer but he said it's usually cold. The officer came and said the AC was only in jet mode. And it was still hot until tomorrow.

My first time at this hotel was 8 years ago. This is my third visit, and it turns out the cleanliness is still maintained. The rooms are clean. Although access is through a housing complex, the hotel's surroundings are peaceful. Close to the culinary area. Also close to Eka Hospital & ICE.

Exceeded expectations for a budget hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, cool air conditioning, warm water, and a peaceful atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the staff were friendly. The location is excellent, close to a variety of eateries, so if you're hungry, you can just walk out the front of the complex.

The towels are not good, they are no longer fit for use, but for comfort they are nice and the staff are also friendly.

The room is quite spacious, so you don't have to worry about not having enough space for prayers. The accommodation is located in a complex, a bit tucked away, but right outside the complex is a minimarket and food stalls. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness and facilities in the bathroom. Overall... it's a good place to stay for a few days at a decent price. 👍
