It was terrible, starting with the reception staff. The room itself was old and run-down; the light bulbs were broken, the air conditioner kept malfunctioning, and the remote was broken. I couldn't contact staff by phone; the number on the manual was switched off. I had to keep walking up and down the stairs to get help.

Good place to stay and also it’s near the city.

Everything was good, convenient for watching sports at Rajamangala Stadium.

The hotel opens for check-in from 2 p.m. onwards, so those who arrive early may have to wait a bit. However, there are plenty of seats available, so it's not crowded.

The room is good, not expensive, and there is a hair dryer. There are restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby. Overall, it's okay.

The room is not soundproof at all. The floor is not very clean and the pillow has stains. The air conditioner is very old but it cools well and quickly. The bathroom is okay. Overall, it's okay, but I'd like to see some improvement in cleanliness. The location is very good, there's a lot of food, and it's convenient for travel. If I come to a concert next time, I'd like to stay here again, but I really want the hotel to improve on cleanliness.

The cleanliness is real good There is many restaurants in this area

Very dim of the light and washroom was dirty and very small washroom. Also the light inside washroom was damage. Air conditioner was very old model but doesn't matter it's still working OK, not so bad but got sound disturb during sleep. Anyway this hotel has parking and pool and coffee shop. This thinga made me happy. Staff should be give a smile to the guest. Little attitude staff.

No indication Halal or not. Crew also can not speak English at all

The water heater is not working. The noise from the hallway and in front of the room is very loud. You should check the equipment in the room to be ready.

I came before midnight for 1 round, moved my stuff for a while, the male hotel staff slept on the sofa and didn't help move my stuff, woke up and just sat there, so I went to withdraw money, came back again, drove in and parked inside, no security guard to direct my car in, the parking lot was full, it was very difficult to drive out, there was no sign in front that said the car was full so I wouldn't drive in. I came out to move my stuff, asked the front desk staff if there was no security guard, the parking lot was full, no one told me. I found out when I went up to the room, sat looking at the parking lot, in conclusion there was a staff helping move my stuff, so why didn't they help me move? The front desk also said that at that time there was no staff to help other guests who were checking out.

When I am on a business trip in Bangkok or sight seeing, I will be booking the Livote Hotel (Hua Mark) Bangkok every time because it's easy to go anywhere and not far from Suvarnabhumi Airport, also the price is reasonable.

This is my first time in Thailand so I don't know the location but I feel quite ok with the rented room. The room has all the necessary living equipment, nice view (seeing the road and vehicles and watching the sunset), clean. I give it 9.5/10 and 0.5 is because I don't know the location, I personally feel it's a bit far from the center.

Muslim Area, Lots of Muslim Food

The bed sheets and towels are old and quite dirty (there are black stains on the towels).

The room is clean. The bathroom fixtures are a bit old. The food is delicious. Overall, it's very good. The staff are polite. I will come back to stay again.

everything is ok but the laundry is a bit far

I was impressed when I stayed at this hotel with a reasonable price. Convenient transportation, good service, although there is loud noise from opening and closing doors of other room guests.

Booked a room for 2 nights. On the 2nd day, the child went to play in the water and was allergic to chlorine. The mother asked the hotel which hospital they had arranged with because we came from the province. The receptionist asked if we had read the rules for playing in the pool. The mother wanted to know which rules stated about chlorine. When she asked, the receptionist said that if she wanted to claim responsibility, she had to inform the manager tomorrow. It was the worst.

The room is not very soundproof. Plus, the water in the room we stayed had a low flow rate and the air conditioner was a little noisy. But the hotel sent a technician to check it immediately the next day. The sound of the door closing from the guest was very loud. This is probably just a personal experience.
