Day 1. Room reservation was incorrect; breakfast was included. Day 2: Prepared after being reminded. ** The bathroom floor was slippery because there was no floor mat. Very dangerous.

It's a shame that the room service said there was breakfast when I asked, but they said Room only and they said there was no notification that breakfast was available, but actually there wasn't any, it's okay, I just want to know why it says breakfast.

Check in was late at night but there were still room slots, the hotel atmosphere was pleasant

The employees reminding me that the checkout is not friendly, even though I have been a regular customer since the days when the employees were men, I kind of regret staying here.
