My favorite hotel in Surabaya. Located in the heart of Old Surabaya, the place is a strategic spot to reach Pasar Atom and all its culinary offerings, Panggung street and Pasar Pabean for street photography, and many more. Rooms are spacious and clean. It has a restaurant with nice breakfast, though I greatly relish a midday order of a cold Bintang after exploring the surroundings.

It was a great stay at Kokoon Hotel with my family. I'd suggest changing the cereal trays to make it easier for the kids to help themselves. Maybe add some dessert options in the future. Overall, everything was fine.

Located in Pabean, there is a gas station near the hotel. If you want to eat out, you have to use a car. The room is okay, average, clean, with cold AC, good hot water, and a clean bathroom. Breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant staff are friendly and helped me when I needed a table for 5 people. The security guard also helped me with parking and checking out. The front desk staff are also very helpful and friendly. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at Kokoon Pabean Surabaya. Good job.

I’ve spent two nights at Kokoon Hotel with my family. The location is near Pasar Atom, so you can walk there to grab some food or anything else. The room was spacious, but there were no connecting rooms since I stayed with the kids, so it was a bit of a hassle. But overall, we had a pleasant time there. The staff was very friendly, the food was good, the parking area is easy to access, and the pool is open until 8 PM.

I've only stayed here once. I've tried this hotel. However, there are a few points: 1. There's only one access card. 2. Access to the elevator without a card (security-wise, it's lacking). 3. There are mold stains on the blanket. However, for the budget price, overall it's quite satisfactory. Improve the cleanliness.

This is my first stay here. This heritage-inspired hotel boasts a friendly and helpful staff. It's close to the Old Town tourist attractions. The rooms are clean, and the menu is quite varied, but unfortunately, we arrived at 10:30 a.m. for breakfast and most of the menu items were already sold out. There's a gym and swimming pool. It's a perfect choice for a staycation or a vacation in Surabaya. Thank you, Kokoon Hotel Surabaya.

The vintage vibe is strong, and it's quiet in the middle of a warehouse area. Comments: The breakfast menu is minimal, and I ordered a non-smoking room but got a smoking room, which diminished the good feeling.

Always here for every staycation with the kids and family, this is the 8th time.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and it was easy to get to the city center. The only downside was that the shower was above your head, so when you showered, your hair got wet, hehe.
