Need improvement on the house cleaning especially the bathroom’s basin area stains. The hot water is not functioning, using cold water for shower.

The toilet tissue is not available.

The staff friendly and check in very fast. The toilet bathroom’s stain was not clean and left over shower cap was hanging on the door.

The room was good overall. However, the heater wasn’t working. I reported it in the evening after my shower, but the issue was still there the next morning. I had to complain again before it finally got resolved. If you want it to sound more formal, casual, or stronger, I can adjust it!

Friendly staff, room is clean and comfortable. Recommended.

Hotel bersih, cuma kurang selesa dgn anjing liar berlegar di parking hotel. Bilik tak kedap bunyi. Boleh dengar bilik sebelah bersembang. Kecewa dengan sikap staff tidak jujur dan cuba menipu pelanggan ketika check out. Pada mulanya, staff wanita berbangsa india enggan pulangkan deposit rm100 atas alasan cadar kotor dengan kesan"maggie cup". Walhal kami dah berbulan tak makan"makanan boikot"tersebut, apatah lagi nak bawa ke bilik hotel. Dan saya yakin tak ada kesan kotor pada cadar. Bila saya ajak naik semula untuk tengok sendiri kesan kotor tersebut, staff cuak dan terus refund deposit tersebut. Mohon tindakan sewajarnya pada staff tersebut!

The room is spacious and nicely designed. The bed is comfortable as well. The staff were very accomodating throughout our stay. Location is not that far from the center, only takes 10-min Grab.

The room water heater takes a long time to produce warm water.

Kami menginap 1 malam di hotel ini. Letak hotel diantara ruko-ruko. Tepat di seberang hotel terdapat AEON, anda tinggal berjalan kaki saja. Kamar hotel luas, terdapat karpet & sofa panjang. Kamar mandi elegan dengan dinding berwarna hitam. Untuk air panas perlu menunggu sejenak. Secara pelayanan baik, hanya saja di depan hotel terdapat anjing yang terkadang ingin masuk ke dalam hotel.

Room is pretty spacious with modern touch. Good lighting. Very clean. Location is a bit far from town, but opposite have Aeon Mall and surrounded with food stores. Actually I was quite satisfied with everything. During this trip I booked 1 room and my friend booked another room. Start from 12am, dogs outside barking and howling non stop. And then around 2-3AM, I got this incident someone keep knocking window (no tree/branches). My friend at other room experienced different incident at their bathroom during midnight.

The location is good, there is Aeon opposite. Below there are seafood and shops. Drive 10mins away can find street food. The room is clean and comfortable. Good Customer service. Daily room service available.

Pleasant hotel but it was too noisy with door banging from next door and kids screaming and running around. Other than that all OK.

Very clean and the staff is friendly. They have ironing board in the room so don't have to go to the common space to do ironing. Staff is friendly and there is ample parking in front of the hotel. Just that have to drive out to find food.
