It's a basic room, nothing much to comment. The room doesn’t even have a phone. Ours is on the first floor, so people walk in and out. We can hear people talking as our room is facing the walkway. Cannot even call to ask for an extra towel and pillow for my kid.

The electricity often goes out, there are a lot of mosquitoes, there is no hair dryer, no drinking glasses, I called the hotel and they never answered the phone.

The room is a bit hard to find between buildings. You have to press up and down. Overall, it's good. All the reception staff are lovely.

ห้องพักสะอาด โดยเฉพาะที่นอน ห้องน้ำ น้ำไหลแรงมากๆ แต่ช่องทีวีดูได้ไม่กี่ช่อง และ outlet ที่เสียบ USB และปลั๊กไฟหัวเตียง หลวม ใช้งานไม่ได้ต้องเรียกช่างมาดู แต่ช่างมารยาทดีมาก สุภาพ เรียบร้อย ส่วน Reception ก็ Nice มากๆ บริการแนะนำอย่างดี อ้อ common room สะอาด สวยงาม

The room is good in the Central Department Store. But people who have private cars Should park in front of the hotel to check in first Because from the central parking lot Walking to check in very far. And should ask for room 3 in order to be near the parking lot

Everything about this hotel is great. The only unpleasant experience will be the lack of real authentic Thai food along ChaWeng road. Most of the restaurants' menu along the street are mostly western/mexican/indian/italian food.
