The room is very dirty, smells musty like it has not been taken care of, the air conditioner is not cold, the service is not optimal, the receptionist is too indifferent, less welcome & cannot appreciate guests. Finally we changed to another hotel because it could not be refunded because it had been paid for.

Hotel rooms are clean and service is good.

The hotel is quite in line with the price for breakfast, yes, it's ok, but the hotel is rather spooky 😁 The bed is less comfortable.

There is no friendly male receptionist at all, even the other customers are the same. the room floor was dusty, the room smelled weird. The cooked breakfast is very basic. If not lane booked 2 nights, I will move hotels soon.

This is a scary hotel, I am alone in a hotel inamaama, many rooms are empty, hotel service is ugliest, there is no restaurant / breakfast with catering, in a room with no coffee, tea, water heater, dirty bed, stains on sheets and pillows, guard / the receptionist is only 1 person who is not friendly anymore. From the drivers and motorcycle taxi drivers this hotel has not been visited in a long time

Hot water in room no. 18 is rather difficult to set, the food menu is not much, hopefully better, thanks.

Hotel Ratama is close to the PTA office which is my travel destination. Good service, clean, comfortable. In front of the hotel there are food stalls for alternative lunch or dinner that is not provided in the hotel.

Friendly service. The breakfast was good. Just why yes I stay 3 days 2 nights room not cleaned, towels not replaced. Is there really no room cleaning service and change of towels because the hotel price is light in the bag and there is no hot water.

The breakfast menu is simple but taste very tasty. The employees are friendly and do not hesitate to offer help. I have stayed twice in Ratama twice.
