The hotel is small but comfortable. There's Wi-Fi and free mineral water. An iron is provided. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The location is very strategic, close to the monorail station and close to Nu Sentral Mall.

The location is strategic, in the Little India area. Close to the MRT, restaurants, places of worship, etc. If you are a tourist from another country, you must pay the tourist tax.

It's quite clean, conveniently located near KL Sentral, and hassle-free. However, the deposit and taxes are quite expensive.

Sometimes when you check out here on the day to catch a flight, there is no staff there so it is difficult to take the deposit.

It's quiet because at night it's often noisy with other hotel guests. It seems the soundproofing quality is poor. and if u have an issue about narrow room and building i dont recommend you to stay in here. at an affordable price, the cleanliness is quite good. but the things is i can use heat in shower. i dont know why. maybe because i dont know how to activate it but i always try to find how to use wkwk any shower available but i dont know that it can be shampoo or not but if u want to try l. go try it wkwk We can also leave our belongings after we check out without any additional fees. There is a special luggage storage room opposite the receptionist. enjoy Malaysia everyone!!!!

super good access, u only cross away to station mrl which is only 20 m, its so niceee room standard, no too large no too small to 2 people, u can only open 1 baggage in this room because not enough space but the room so clean and cold its very nice sometimes i smell cigarettes from inside room, maybe it from corridor

All clean, only i found the bedsheet kind of old, it wasn't a stain, just its color wasn't that white anymore, i guess. The location is great, need only less than 5mins walk to reach KL Sentral Station. Staff wasn't helpfull enough, my husband asked to open our room while i was out and the key was with me, but he didn't let him in, even tho i did comfirm it by chat, maybe he just followed the rules to maintain security. Overall, i recommended this hotel because of the location and the price. If you need a place to sleep and shower only, and you spend most of your time out while you visit KL, then it would be a good choice.

The water supply was cut off completely for several hours, making it impossible to take a shower. The owner is Indian, so the customer service was not great, but the other Indian staff were friendly. Also, there was no refrigerator in my room. Malaysia is a hot country, so a refrigerator is absolutely necessary, so I hope this will be improved.
