Breakfast was wenaaakk poollllll

Seruni, the mountain-facing room was truly the best. The restaurant also served delicious food (prices are standard hotel fare, a little more expensive, but the portions are filling). It was just a shame we went during school holidays. The traffic in Puncak was incredibly congested.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful.

I usually don't want to go back to a hotel once I've been there, but I think I'll be back. Everything was top-notch, especially the pool; the kids loved it.

The area is very big with a lot of activities, suitable for families with kids. The room is spacious and clean. Definitely coming back again.

I absolutely love vacationing at this hotel and have been there several times. Yesterday, at breakfast, the food was all gone because we were at a family gathering, so it was really crowded.

Everything is good, the children are happy.

The view from the room is beautiful, directly overlooking the view, and the room is comfortable. There's a bathtub.

so happy for weekend staycation in seruni. on nite, there are indonesian traditional dance shows, vocal music, and food bazzar.

The room was quite nice, but the AC wasn't cold and the outer glass door couldn't be locked.

The staff were all friendly. The room was very clean and fragrant, and I happened to be in the Romantic room. However, the breakfast menu was quite basic, for a 4-star hotel. The breakfast itself was excellent, and everything else was excellent.
