The family was very happy.. The intention was to leave early so as to avoid the odd-even traffic policy.. After going around to other places, we arrived at 11.. Thought about going there to see the facilities while waiting for 2.. And it turned out we could check in straight away, the staff were very friendly.. The facilities were top-notch (very kids friendly).. Thank you Seruni, I will definitely come again next time..

The hotel is really cool, the view is beautiful, the service is satisfying, the rooms are spacious, it is child-friendly, there is a mini zoo, lots of children's games, swimming pools in many places, there is a water boom model, in short, Josss....

The staff are all very helpful, I've stayed here twice, both times always had problems with the door access, it's quite annoying, and yesterday when we were walking, it was quite far away, cars were coming and going to fill up with gas, and that was during peak hours when people were moving. It's okay to improve the aspects that look ordinary, but this is important.

Hotel Seruni is highly recommended for family vacations. The deluxe balcony mountain view rooms are simply stunning. I'd love to bring my family back to Seruni again.

The best view at this Seruni Gunung Salak hotel. The room does not have AC, the deluxe view type with balcony on the 3rd floor, but the air is still cool, especially during the rainy season when we were there. The room is very spacious but not soundproof. Then the room key has to be updated, then KL we have left and then we can't enter. The swimming pool facilities are also champions, even though we stayed at Gunung Salak, we could swim in all areas of the swimming pool in the hobbit which has a mini Waterboom and there are games for small children and there are animal cages that can be fed by buying food there. Only KL we want to accompany walking 1-1 the swimming pool is quite sore feet Because the uphill descent for its okay, just consider it exercise. Gym facilities are in the Gunung Gede swimming pool area (Seruni 2). While the Gunung Salak swimming pool is at the end of the beach pool there are sand play facilities too, there is a playground. It's a bit quiet, I don't know if it's because it's still early after breakfast around 8. The busiest one is at the hobbit. There's a hobbit cafe but it's closed. Stayed there from the 22nd to the 24th, the kids had a full day swimming in the morning and afternoon haha. The restaurant's food is all delicious, but it doesn't vary from the first day to the last, the menu is the same. Children 5 years and above are charged. Alhamdulillah, my stay there was memorable. The employees are all friendly. Lots of good photo spots. It's really cool, it's perfect if you bring a small family there.
