The breakfast is okay with lots of variety, the french toast is okay, the black sticky rice tape with sticky rice uli is delicious.. My favorite. But for the soto menu during my 2 days stay it was a failure. The first day the turmeric chicken soto had a really bad taste and didn't blend with the broth, the second day the Surabaya soto was the same. The pepper spiciness is unclear, if the kids definitely can't eat it. The room is okay, clean and the room is just right.

The best hotel with affordable price and 4-star quality. On par with the Westin. The pool is cool. The view of Jakarta's buildings. The breakfast is delicious. And I requested a room with the word "B'day" written on the glass. My son was happy 😍

Okay, recommendations for a place to rest

The food is delicious, I love the pastries, and the room is sooooo spacious. I came here during Ramadan, so I could request the staff to wake me up for sahur, and if I wasn't fasting (and didn't have sahur), I could still have breakfast.

I stayed one night at JS Luwansa Hotel Jakarta and had a pleasant overall experience. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for resting. The bed was cozy, and essential amenities such as hot water, toiletries, and Wi-Fi worked well. However, some parts of the room felt slightly dated and could benefit from refurbishment to appear more modern. Breakfast offered a fairly wide selection, including Indonesian and Western dishes. The taste was good, though not particularly outstanding. The restaurant area was comfortable and not too crowded during my visit. Hotel facilities such as the swimming pool and fitness center were available and well maintained, suitable for relaxing after a busy day. Overall, my stay was comfortable and satisfying, although there is still room for improvement in several areas. With its strategic location and friendly service, this hotel remains a solid option for business trips or short stays in Jakarta.

The staff was incredibly friendly. What made the experience memorable was that I didn't bring a lighter to smoke, so one of the restaurant staff lent me one to take to my room. It's rare for someone to lend me their own lighter. I think, more than anything else, they truly prioritize customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, the TV wasn't smart, so I couldn't watch Netflix in the room. Luckily, the TV had a wide variety of channels.

All the hotel staff were very friendly and informative. Special thanks to Anis and Sarah. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The toilet was very clean and fragrant. However, the drain in room 1115 was a little clogged, so please fix it. The breakfast was safe and delicious. I will be back again.
