It's fun even though the AC isn't cold.

It's still comfortable for transit or backpacking. It's starting to show some wear compared to a few years ago, but it's still in reasonable condition.

It's still comfortable to stay in, still clean (no itching or anything else). I've stayed here before, too, when it was relatively new and the facilities were brand new. It's starting to show some age now, but the experience and cleanliness are still good.

There was criticism for the TV, it was very difficult to change channels and the bathroom had a leak.

God willing, I would like to stay again another time.

It smells of urine, the mattress is thin, and everything is extremely shabby. For almost 200,000 Rupiah, it should be clean.

The room is clean, but the electrical in the capsule was off, we can’t close the door because it will be no air inside cz the air flow inside the capsule depend on the electrical. I don’t know why its off and didn’t work. We can’t enjoy the room like what we expect. So sad, actually the location and the price was good. Hope the management will fix it. I was in 4th floor.

The hotel's location is close to everything. I got compact room number 8505, which faced the main road. It was noisy because it wasn't soundproof. Furthermore, toilet water leaked onto the floor. The staff was friendly, and everything else was fine.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The downside was that the power in the room for charging phones was very weak.

The only thing missing is the Wi-Fi. Everything else is fine.

Good location. Cabin gets dirty quite easily after few days, not really recommended for staying over 2 days, they don’t offer to clean your cabin. Toilet in my room is a bit broken.

Second time staying in a capsule hotel and it was pretty okay.

This is my second time staying here. The staff is friendly and super helpful. The compact room is super clean and spacious. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff are always on hand to help with anything. The security is also excellent!

The towels are like bath mats, very improper. The AC is not properly shut. The room layout is not like at Tab Bandung, it's like a shophouse. The blankets are too thin and small. Check-in time must be at 2:00.

Friendly staff, close to central Surabaya, unfortunately the capsule doesn't provide headphones for watching TV and the central AC is too cold.
