Harga yang sangat baik dengan fasilitas yang bagus. 5. Tempat tidur dengan selimut standar hotel yang baik: selimut dilapisi seprai, jadi higienis. 6. Ruangan dibedakan antara yang merokok dan tidak merokok. 7. Lobi-nya bebas asap rokok. 8. Ada peta di lobi dan ini sangat informatif untuk pengunjung. 9. Suvenir khas daerah dijual di hotel dan ini baik untuk promosi daerah dan pendapatan hotel. 10. AC dingin. Saran perbaikan: 1. Air di kamar mandi yang kadang kecil. Sudah diberikan masukan ke resepsionis; Dijawab karena pompa yang tidak berfungsi dengan baik. 2. Lebih banyak lagi senyum. Terima kasih. Sukses terus.
