The towels were torn and dirty, and there were no tissues or adequate toiletries provided. The air conditioning wasn't cooling at all, even after being on for several hours. The mattress was dirty and covered in cigarette butts, and the blanket was also covered in dirty, itchy spots. Thank you for the bad experience; because of it, I'll be more careful when choosing a hotel.

Maintenance is very lacking, even though the hotel is comfortable, but the problem is cleanliness, and supporting facilities such as the AC is not cold enough + dripping, the TV remote is broken, and the cleanliness of the bed is very lacking.

Not recommended; cleanliness could be improved. Even though I booked an executive room, it was simply not worth it. At least the cleanliness and amenities, like towels and bed linens, could be improved. Even the toilet was scum-free.

Room: The room was spacious, clean, and odor-free. The bed was made neatly, and bath towels were provided. The bathroom was odor-free and non-slip. Service: The hotel receptionist was friendly, and the check-in/check-out process was easy and fast. There was a Rp 100,000 deposit upon check-in, which was refunded upon check-out. Location: I found the location strategic because the hotel is located on a main road, making it easy to find. It's close to the Antasari area and Kemang, and close to the MRT station. There's an Alfamidi nearby, along with food stalls, making it easy to grab a bite to eat or buy something. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel 👍.

It’s a really nice place to rest with warm water and a cozy bed too. It’s not far from Pondok Indah, Gandaria, or Cilandak. It has the best value for money for its services!
