Overall, this stay fell below the standards expected of a hotel property. While there were significant strengths in terms of service, shortcomings in the room amenities and breakfast quality warrant serious attention from management. Areas for Improvement Room Comfort and Condition: The room felt somewhat cramped and uncomfortable. The main issue was a musty or musty odor that was quite noticeable upon arrival, and only dissipated after the ventilation and electricity were turned on. Room Electrical Settings: The automatic power shutoff when the key card was removed (when guests checked out) was very inconvenient. This prevented the ability to charge electronic devices (such as cell phones) or turn on the air conditioning/ventilation when not in the room. Breakfast Quality and Variety: The breakfast offerings were less than satisfactory. The menu selection was too limited, detracting from the overall dining experience. 👍 Positive Points Service Quality: I would like to highlight the exceptionally friendly service from all staff. The team's friendliness and helpfulness were the most positive and commendable aspects of this visit. Conclusion: This hotel has significant potential, particularly supported by its exceptional staff. However, to achieve competitive standards, management needs to investigate and immediately improve the room ventilation system, review the room electrical system, and increase the variety of breakfast menu items.

It was truly a comfortable stay at Trizz. Checking out felt incredibly difficult, especially considering the service, complaint handling, and the speed. The cleanliness was also excellent. I'll definitely stay at Trizz again.

This weekend getaway to Semarang was absolutely amazing! I was looking for a budget-friendly yet affordable hotel, so I immediately booked Triizz Hotel Semarang via Traveloka. Check-in was seamless. As soon as I entered my room, I was surprised! The room was amazing, exceeding my expectations for the price. The design was minimalist yet aesthetic, the cleanliness was top-notch, the AC was super cool, and the bed was so soft it made me feel lazy. Overall, the room was totally worth it, literally worth the price. Finding food or coffee was also super easy due to its strategic location. The vibe here is incredibly comfortable and homey. Definitely, Triizz Hotel Semarang is a must-have for anyone looking for a budget-friendly vacation with great amenities! Highly recommended!

It was very memorable to stay for 4 days at the Triiz Semarang hotel, since we arrived until check in the room, everything was well served, all the employees from the front desk, security, restaurant, all the management were good and communicative, all our wishes were served very well, the catering and restaurant food was delicious, the hotel location was strategic from all our match venues and close to complete culinary, basically close to everywhere, oh yes, you know, in the afternoon until MLM there is karaoke culinary, it is really refreshing. thank you for the service, God willing, hopefully we can still stay again and collaborate on the next events 🙏🤗🥰

I've stayed at this hotel twice, the first time was fine. The second time was terrible. Check-in was at 2:00 PM, but the room wasn't ready WITHOUT any notification. We had to follow up again at 4:00 PM, and it was ready WITHOUT any apology or compensation. If it's NOT ready, and there's an event, it's best to just block it, DON'T let the customer down. Early check-in adds a fee, right? LATE CHECK-IN because the hotel isn't ready, what do we get?
