The room was clean. The AC seemed old. The mattress was uncomfortable, sagging. We were there looking for a comfortable place to sleep and rest, but the mattress actually sagged. The breakfast was delicious, complete, and plentiful. It's a shame you can't bring food to your room. A hotel like this shouldn't allow you to bring food to your room.

A very nice hotel. Located in the Bandungan highlands, the air is very cool. The view with Mount Ungaran in the background is also stunning. The hotel area is fully equipped with tourist attractions and entertainment facilities, with a convenient shuttle service. Simply, a one-stop solution for a fun family vacation.

A very comfortable hotel to unwind. All the staff are kind and friendly. A shuttle bus is provided in the parking lot to access the building/rooms. Due to the uphill and downhill road access and the hotel's vastness, the shuttle bus is necessary to avoid fatigue. The breakfast menu is very varied and delicious. I give this Griya Persada Bandungan Hotel 10 thumbs up.

The hotel staff are friendly, the place is comfortable, clean and cool, but it was so cool that we didn't use the swimming pool facilities because the water was very cold. If I may give some input for the future, hopefully the swimming pool will use warm water 😁🙏

The hotel staff was very friendly when we wanted to move rooms, they took us to see the 2 rooms first. But unfortunately, when we were offered to move rooms, it wasn't the same type of room, but the one below it, even though when we looked around, the room next door looked empty and there was no activity. At least if we were offered to move to the same type of room, we would be grateful for an upgrade, if not, we could offer it for free by adding some extra costs... 🙏

We requested a late check-in because we didn't arrive until late at night in Bandungan. Upon arrival, check-in was smooth, and our room was already available near the elevator, making it easier for us, who were tired from the trip. All the staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. We didn't have time to use the other facilities because we had another event. It's a local hotel, but the quality and amenities are comparable to, if not superior to, chain hotels. 👍 Awesome.

The staff were all friendly and polite. The rooms were clean. Hot water flowed smoothly, the air conditioning worked, and the rooms were soundproof. The ambiance was serene. There was a shuttle, so it was convenient to take the shuttle from your room to the pool.

The hotel is nice, strategic, the breakfast is delicious and quite complete. The only drawback is that the children's activities/facilities are paid, the playground is paid, the water duck is paid. Pay, pay like Sukatani hehe.
