During the day, I saw 1-2 cockroaches and thought I was mistaken. When I asked the staff to check out, they didn't refund part of the money, so I tried to stay. In the evening, I came back from a trip and saw a lot of baby cockroaches in the room, from the shelves, the floor,... because I came back at night, I had to stay until the next morning and checked out. I couldn't sleep at night because I was scared. I booked 2 nights there but had to check out immediately, and had to pay for the room the next day. I booked for more than 490k/room. When I checked in, the curtains were old and stuck, so I had to ask the staff for help. The female staff couldn't do it for a long time, and the male staff also had to pull it for a while before they could do it. The staff said it was because I pulled too hard even though I was only pulling lightly, and I'm a woman. The wooden curtains were missing a horizontal slat :). The toilet didn't flush cleanly, and the shower water was sometimes cold and sometimes hot even though I always turned on the hot and cold. I had to buy a 500ml Lavi bottle for 20k for mineral water (usually I think that with that room price, there will be filtered water to drink) - everyone should consider and buy in advance if they want to save money. The bed sheet was sticky? It really looked disgusting, like it hadn't been washed. It was a very dark color. The mattress was hard. The bathroom light was flickering, very dim. The sink faucet was wobbly and not fixed. When I checked out, I told the staff that there were cockroaches in the room. When I showed the video, the staff said they would report it to the staff, there was no apology at all. Very bad experience.
