The owner was very friendly. It happened to be raining heavily when we stayed, so luckily there's a kitchen so we didn't have to go out to get food. The ambiance is also nice for relaxing in front of the room. Unfortunately, the bathroom is outside, so it's a bit of a hassle if you have small children who have to go back and forth to the bathroom.
