Arriving at the accommodation, the staff informs that the room that the booking does not use the pool will add another 300 to be upgraded to a room that can use the pool.

Reserve a room for 2 people. But went to check in, there was no room left Make room for big room So it is too big for 2 people. So move to the resort m hotel, no parking.

I booked 2 rooms one week in advance, we checked in 6pm and the receptionist told us that only one room is available. Other room has aircon problem. I do understand that but receptionist looks so unprofessional on dealing with this problem. (He did not even prepare another hotel for us before we arrive) he called his mgr, and so they decided us to move (not planned at all) I can understand if we just book on that day, but this?? One week in advance. And they moved us far from the embassy which cost me x2 for my taxi. The purpose why I chose this hotel because so near in the embassy, they moved far.

We had stayed for only 3 days. We like John for being nice on accommodating us. Me and my boyfriend was satisfied with our stay though 3 days is not enough. We will try to comeback. Definitely will. Thanks John for big help. :)

Very good. Great value. A six-person room. If having six friends is worth it. But the chlorine pool is coming. Very itchy.

Very trivial service, far from 7/11 there is a canteen but incomplete want to ask for transfer to 7/11. Drivers are hoping for tips, tomorrow I will ask for a long delivery.

The room is spacious and comfortable. Book a room for 3 people, but like the room is not finished cleaning, then the accommodation is upgraded to a room for 6 people to sleep. Which is very big. DP service. Staff are foreign, don't speak Thai.

The accommodation is in a deep alley, very far away. The real thing is not to cover the leaked ceiling, sheets, blankets, curtains, towels are all holes. Like bringing bad things to use The bathroom is narrow. The pool is very small. The lecture cannot be done. Very disappointed.

Service was excellent! Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Would definitely go back next time I am in Bangkok.

1. If you arrive before 2 pm. There is not room to keep luggage and charge extra per hour if you want to check in advance 2. Water in the bathroom too bad smell and felt itchy after showering 3. Bedsheet was not changed from last guest and smelled 4. TV has no signal 5. Bathroom floor was wetting which seem no clean for new guest 6. Receptionist forgot to gave me ID card and I cannot check in new hotel. I have to hired the messenger to bring that for me. Eventually decided to check out in 1 hour to change hotel because cannot sleep with itchy and room smell.

Is a large room for many people But the bathroom has only 1 room. The curtains on the ground floor are not closed. Use only trees to hide, but still see inside. Cleanliness is moderate. Parking is only for small cars.

The network is so weak that it can't be used, 6 people room => The first 2 days will be passed the next day, then take 4 towels. The night staff is not very friendly.

Although I paid for my room already but when I check in, staff told me my room not available for first night. The staff have awful attitude and divided me and my friend into 2 difference room not like what I paid. Awful experience. I asked traveloka and they are answer me yet. Awful support

Overall is ok, except noise from near by rooms for during the night. Wall is too thin.

I booked pool villa at BTS ekamia after I arrived there they said all full then they move us to huaiwang. I hope we ganna get pool villa as In ekamai but no we got apartment.
