I don't understand why the reviews are so good, but the hotel itself is not comfortable at all. The mattress is hard and seems to have bedbugs, and it's rarely cleaned. I immediately started itching when I lay down. I couldn't sleep, and the noise from crows and other such things was really loud because there's an empty field/small forest behind it.

The sheets haven't been changed in 5 days. The blanket hasn't been changed... Oh my...

Good, convenient location near the BTS. The hotel is clean and the staff are nice. It's not too far to walk to the hotel and there's a 7-Eleven convenience store nearby.

I didn't expect this place to have everything I need. It was only 400 m from BTS Phaya Thai, only 7 mins walk to Pratunam Market, very close to Seven Eleven, takes 7 mins walk to Tofu. The room itself is very clean, the officers are so friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back and stay here for my next trip.

It's a shame there are no golf carts that can take hotel customers close to the market, we have to walk for about 20 minutes

My go-to place to stay every time I visit Bangkok. Close to Phaya Thai BTS station and a major 7-Eleven. Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall, Big C Ratchadamri, and Central World are within walking distance. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed, and there's an elevator and a large lobby with scales. Friendly staff and a 24-hour front desk. Very competitive rates.

The hotel staff are rude, especially the effeminate one. Why shouldn't hotel guests be allowed to visit? Ugh

Hotel staff are helpful.. but the floor under the bed may need to be mopped to make it cleaner and dust-free

Disadvantages: no iron and hot water kettle is only provided in the hotel lobby. Advantages: the hotel staff is nice, close to BTS phaya Thai but it does go through a small road to get closer, right in front of the hotel there is RM Padang Nusantara, close to pratunam market, walk about 15 minutes, in front of the hotel there is Sevel

THE MATTRESS AND PILLOW ARE VERY HARD. The hotel is also far from everywhere. The staff is not very friendly. It would be better to have a slightly more expensive hotel but close to shopping and food centers.

Spacious room and quite close to pratunam market

Sorry I didn't take any pictures because I was so shocked to see the situation around me, I canceled my stay at this hotel. Initially, I checked in around 3 pm, but the hallway was very dark like entering a hospital ward. I asked for a room on the 1st floor so it was close, but I was given one at the end, it was very stuffy. Bed 1 had lots of red spots like blood, the other bed had yellow spots. In the bathroom, there was a very old-fashioned cream-colored curtain that made a creaking sound. Finally I asked for a room change, I was given one on the 3rd floor, but it turned out I got one at the end too. The refrigerator hadn't been plugged in, the AC was making noises, the TV couldn't be turned on because it seemed like the remote had run out of batteries. The bathroom was the same as before. I couldn't stand the air, the atmosphere, and the cleanliness, I couldn't breathe, and finally decided to cancel my booking. It seems like this hotel needs major renovations so it's not spooky.
