Friendly hotel staff, calm atmosphere, recommend coming here again

The place is clean, including the room, bathroom, and surroundings. The staff are also child-friendly and take the initiative to provide information even when we don't ask. The breakfast menu is a bit lacking in variety; we stayed for two days, but the menu remained unchanged. Maybe skip breakfast next time, and the room isn't soundproof. But overall, it's nice and comfortable. I'll stay here again. Thank you.

If I ever go back to Rumah Kertajaya in Surabaya, I'll definitely return. Staying here truly feels like home. The service is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are large, clean, and tidy. The simple, house-like building with ample parking makes getting in and out very convenient, especially for seniors. The garden and swimming pool are very pleasant, with clean water and a perfect size. The rooms are clean and have a complete range of amenities. The sheets and towels aren't perfectly white, but they're well worth the price. The staff is friendly. We recommend booking via the app as it's generally cheaper than booking directly.
