This hotel is ideally located for those planning a vacation to Merak Island. The service is excellent and friendly, but unfortunately, the rooms are very uncomfortable. Upon entering, they smell strongly of cigarette smoke and are noisy, disrupting your rest. Perhaps because the hotel is old, all the amenities are outdated, and the water is sticky, perhaps because it's close to the sea. The cleanliness of the hotel should be improved to ensure a comfortable stay for guests.

The hotel room wasn't very clean, many of the toilet facilities were broken, the water was bitter for some reason. The sheets smelled musty, the Wi-Fi was connected but couldn't be used, so far, but for that price, it was okay, luckily it was only for one night, in the future it will be better. Thank you.

The staff was helpful, but the room was inadequate... There was no Wi-Fi, the TV only had two channels... The bathtub didn't work, and the bathroom was unsuitable. This hotel needs a lot of work...

This is my first time staying at a hotel with such poor quality, uninhabitable. 1. The location is not strategic. 2. The room smells strongly of cigarettes. 3. It's dirty and poorly maintained.

Cheap, quite comfortable, quiet, close to the main road, a large mosque nearby, good for a temporary rest.

As for my experience staying here, the ocean view is actually very nice, but the receptionist was less than friendly, and the rooms were poorly maintained (especially the toilets). The water also tasted salty and bitter, making it unpleasant to brush my teeth. I hope this will improve in the future so more people stay here, as the location is strategic and the ocean view is beautiful. Thank you.

Staff = Not Friendly Room Ambience = Dark/Horror/Scary Room Cleanliness = Dirty Bathroom = Shower not working, rusty, dirty, salty water, bad soap that makes you sticky, no toothbrush, uncomfortable showering during and after. Hotel Ambience = Horrible, dim lights, lots of broken lights, dirty walkway to the room View = Beautiful sea, lots of boats Smell = Stuffy, damp, smelly Bed = Damp, itchy, uncomfortable to sleep in

Old hotel. A bit poorly maintained. But I'm sure this hotel was very nice in its time.

The room smells like toilet, the bathroom is dark, there is no drinking water.

I entered the room and it was dirty, the pillows smelled of someone who had just finished checking in, so I checked out right then and there.

The location of the Redoor is strategic but there are no amenities, the cleanliness is lacking because there is a lot of crust in the toilet, the towels are worn out, but the sea view is nice & you can see the ship when you open the room curtains

The staff is friendly and helpful. But the room is really dirty, oh my God, it's a shame even though the location is good, by the sea, the room is also big, but the maintenance is really lacking. The bathroom is dirty and smelly, the shower is rusty, the curtains are no longer usable, there is no TV channel. This is the worst accommodation experience in my life, the room is really not suitable😭
