My first time staying at the Horizon Alaska. The bathroom wasn't very clean, with stains. The windows were also dirty. The TV was small, so the picture wasn't clear from the bed. The breakfast wasn't bad, it was delicious.

Overall, it's good, but the parking key has to be handed over to security. It's parked next to the road, so you have to cross the street to get to the parking lot.

This is definitely worth it if you're planning a trip to Semarang, and you're looking for somewhere to stay. The Horison Inn Alaska is one of them... the service and friendliness of the entire hotel staff are top-notch. Especially at breakfast, the food is absolutely delicious... (By the way, I stayed in the City View Suite) This will be a regular if I'm in Semarang again 😁. It's absolutely top-notch...

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent and professional. All the staff were friendly, polite, helpful, and had a good attitude. The hotel atmosphere was very comfortable for relaxing, and the rooms were completely soundproof. The restaurant had a wide selection of delicious food. However, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom still needs a little more attention. There were some areas that looked a bit less than perfect. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. Overall, I was still satisfied with my stay and really appreciated the friendliness of the entire hotel staff.

Check-in was very easy and fast, I've stayed here many times before. The noticeable decline was in the cleanliness of the sheets and pillows, and the bathroom was poorly maintained. The AC also looked like it hadn't been serviced in a while. But as for the service in the restaurant, the food was good and worth the price. I was a bit disappointed because the room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. In the morning, it felt like the smell of cigarette smoke was wafting into the room, I don't know where it came from.
