The rooms are too cramped, and the amenities are lacking. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is also very poor.

Arriving at Garut by train at 11:00 PM, I was warmly welcomed by the reception staff. The reservation was quick, and the room was nice, tidy, clean, and fragrant. The bathroom had hot water, just as I requested, with a balcony and ventilation (because I know Garut has fresh, clean air). The hot water was good for my morning shower. It's very close to Garut station, and my main destination, Mang Iki Restaurant, was very close to this hotel. The only downside: The noise of passing vehicles; even late at night, many vehicles still passed in front of the room. Otherwise, everything was good.

The hotel's central location makes it easy to get around, but the rooms are so noisy with passing traffic that guests can't sleep. The windows don't close properly and aren't soundproof.

The superior room is quite large. The floor is not clean, sticky and oily. The towels are not good, smell a bit musty, and are not neatly packed for guests. The towels are dirty. The bathroom water is flowing smoothly and the TV channels are good. There are not enough hangers for the wardrobe. If the cable roll is damaged, please replace it.

This hotel is located in the heart of Garut, with a very strategic location, but seriously, the price per night is incredibly cheap! Although the building is old, the hotel is comfortable, clean, the rooms are quite spacious, and the receptionist is super friendly!

The location is strategic, but it's a shame that the guests staying there are noisy, like a security post. Please limit the number of seats for guests in the hallway so it doesn't feel like a night market.

Very disappointed, especially since the TV and WiFi were not working, the mattress smelled and the room was like an old building, there was no hot water, and there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste available.
