When the customer asked why they weren't told to prepare cash, the staff replied:
1. The customer didn't ask (even if they didn't ask, it's their responsibility to provide complete information).
2. The customer didn't understand the hotel's rules (the customer understood, but was just asking why cash wasn't required).
3. The customer didn't check the information on the website.
