In short, Hime Stay was extremely disappointing. The service and even the facilities didn't match the description. Even initial discussions with the staff were inconsistent. Overall, it was incredibly disappointing. This homestay would be better served as a motorcycle showroom, as everything from the front to the inside is filled with motorcycles, perhaps just the rooms.

I thought there was food, but there wasn't 🙈

For that price, does the air conditioning have to be so dysfunctional? Where's the comfort for guests? It's impossible to get any rest in conditions like that.

The bathroom is dirty, there are cockroaches in the room, and then outside the room there is an unpleasant cat smell.

The hotel is hard to find because there is no sign, and the staff are not very friendly, the bathroom is separate and not very clean, there are no power outlets in the room

I don't know how the concept of cooperation with Traveloka is. The price listed and paid in the application does not match the price of sqqt check in, and was asked for an additional 50 thousand with the reason of the price in the application. The room and mattress are full of fleas/high/bedbugs, when sleeping the fleas come out. Can't sleep. Far from homestay standards Not recommended

I prefer fried rice so I can eat it. If I eat the others, I won't eat them because there's chili sauce. Not everyone likes chili sauce.

The accommodation here is very bad, when I asked for a plug, they said there was none, only one plug for the TV, then when I wanted to charge my cellphone, they told me to unplug the TV, how could I watch it, I was really disappointed staying here.

The room was quite spacious, but not ensuite, and the bathroom was located near the kitchen. The bathroom 's water tap was not working properly. The AC was not cool and there were lots of bed bugs that were ready to suck blood. I couldn't sleep on the bed so I had to use a matress to sleep on the floor. The staff was not educated, and was a bit of confused on how to service the guests. The bell boy was not helping carrying the luggage, just showing the room, and that's it. The only good thing about the hotel is perhaps that they provide free hot water to make tea/coffee.

Cheap, comfortable, clean and very suitable for a rest/transit place.
