This place is super spacious and spotless! It’s also super easy to get to other places nearby. I was hoping they could add more kid-friendly food options, though.

As always very comfortable accommodation not much hassle checking-in. Recommended!

The place was okay, near malls and convenience stores. It even has small stores around the area. We were asked to pay for a smoking fee during check out even when the room already has a smell of cigarette when we got there.

Had a wardrobe in the room with no center rail fitted. unable to hang any clothes which was inconvenient.

Booked and paid for room, booking confirmed, arrived and no rooms!!!! Expedia wont return emails, stay away from expedia!!!! And kiwi hotel!!!!

Hotel lacks proper maintenance and repairs. Slow drains, leaky faucet and toilet, toilet clogs easily, lacks amenities. Helpful staff👍

Staff very busy with their phones all the time. No food available. Walking distance to Ayala was the only plus.
