Big hotel located right at the edge on the Son Tra island. Rooms were clean and spacious. It is about 7 minutes out from the city center which requires access by car or bike. Nice roof top view of the Da Nang city scape.

Poor service, not friendly staff. The management needs to improve the service, especially for the front desk staff and FB staff, except the room service staff. No one knows how to say hello, thank you, and apologize… Everything is a no to the guests. Some staff members don't even look at your face. Terrible staff, under 1 star…

It's so cool, very clean, and the view is beautiful. You can see Da Nang city from the bathroom and bedroom. The breakfast is very complete and varied. Even when we returned, our takeaway breakfast was really satisfying. Although the location is quite far from the center, a shuttle bus is provided, although only at certain times, but it was very helpful. Very satisfying.

Great, I had a great experience

The room is beautiful, spacious, clean, with a variety of breakfast options. The rooftop swimming pool is very nice. The downside is that it's a bit far from the city center. The hotel gives away welcome afternoon tea tickets at the pool bar, but when my kids came to get them, they said their clothes were wet and they couldn't sit and receive them. So what's the point of giving them at the pool?

The baggage handler was not very friendly, maybe he thought we were locals so he seemed unfriendly... please, how can you provide 5-star service to guests like that?

Reasonable and cheap price can experience

The hotel is at the end of the road, a bit inconvenient, the area has a lot of vacant land and overgrown grass.

The room is beautiful, comfortable, and there is a free afternoon tea party. However, the check-out time is earlier than other hotels I often stay at, at 11am. The balcony is beautiful, but it looks a bit old and too high, so if you want to take a photo with the balcony, it's not very nice.

I really like staying at Wyndham and my kids because it has full facilities and is very comfortable, pleasant, only the bed is a bit small. The scenery and space are great.
