We booked three rooms for three days, but upon check-in, only one was ready, and we had to wait while it was still being cleaned. The food is quite varied, and it's close to Simpang Lima, and on Sundays, we can enjoy CFD.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Upon check-in, the room was hot and the AC was hot. I complained to the staff, and was asked to wait another 30 minutes, but it was still hot. I complained again and was finally asked to move rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I chatted with the staff every night, as they always provided excellent service.

The hotel is old and a bit dirty. Breakfast was limited in variety for the price, and the breakfast room was small. The swimming pool was under renovation, while the fitness room was in disarray. The only positive was the friendly and helpful staff.

I stayed here for two nights and was quite satisfied with the service and facilities. I booked a room without breakfast because I was on vacation and departed early in the morning. The reception was quite basic and nothing particularly impressive, but the staff were very friendly, always smiling, and always greeted me (very nice). There was a welcome drink, and check-in was quite fast. The room felt very comfortable and quiet, even though it was very close to Simpang Lima and the mall. There wasn't a smart TV for entertainment, but it was still okay. There was also a minibar, and although some of the equipment looked old, it still worked well. The bathroom had a bathtub with hot and cold water always available, and filling the water was also quite fast because the flow from the faucet was quite strong, whether hot or cold. What I really regretted was the less than optimal exhaust in the bathroom, which caused mold on the upper walls and even the bathtub curtain to turn black. Perhaps in the future, the exhaust fan could be improved to make it more perfect.

I really enjoyed my staycation here! The hotel is located right in the city center, making it super easy to get around. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Definitely didn’t regret spending a single penny here!

Overall, it was very good, with spacious rooms, a large and delicious breakfast menu, and helpful staff. However, the cleanliness needs to be improved. The lobby smelled of cigarettes at check-in, the bedside lamp was dusty and had cobwebs, and there were small insects on the table during breakfast. Some of the facilities also need updating, such as the towels were yellowing, the bathtub curtain was dirty, and the bathtub was a little crusty.

The bathroom is lacking. Otherwise, it's good.

The hotel is located in the city center, a rather old one which is good because the room size is proper, not compacted like new budget hotels are. However, they need to do some serious service with the air conditioning system. Other than that, all is good.
