Nice room but the floor was dirty, hard and uncomfortable mattress.

I feel so disappointed with the management of utopian homes becoz, 1. I cant use the gymnasium. In the advertisement showed the gym provided for customer but when I asked the guy who gave me the apartment key, he said it was the management rule that only the residents can use the gym. So so so sad. 2. The kettle cant be used. I WhatsApp the guy, but no respond. Nextday, the guy give me a reason he was off duty or on leave in which I personally can accept this kind of unprofessional reason. 3. Only 1 bathroom. Attached to masteroom. The other one is toilet near to kitchen area. How can they take a bath for 7 person ( 3 queen bedroom and 1 single bedroom) and yet only 1 bathroon provided. So sad. Thank you very much.

It was an awesome place to stay...clean, spacious and comfortable..looking forward to stay here again in future.

Overall very satisfying, the host was very helpful, the apartment was also good 👌 but the utensils were not complete, the water in the bidet and the sink in the main bedroom was not smooth but it's ok. And also if there is a duplicate key for the unit so if guests in the apartment want to go to different places and different commute times, they can freely enter without having to wait. Thank you 😊👏 I will probably book again for the next trip to Kota Kinabalu

The apartment is spacious, very comfortable with the facilities provided very convenient for our family vacation, beautiful view, easy access to the mall and even close to car parking. Children also enjoy swimming and we enjoy the park.

Very close to the mall, happy to re-shuttle if you are shopping, parking is free, okay.

Okay this is my honest review. Request for early check in but the ckp dorg agent is not informed about the article and we have to wait from 12.30 pm to 3 pm just enter. The apartment was not satisfactory. Dirty toilet & smelly. Stove can be used. Jug water heater is damaged but slps request dorg exchange it. Ya tu je la. So far not so good even if for many people it is worth it because the room is big & comfortable if clean. Keep it up. 2 star. (Update) - checkout again, like seriously time checkout ada sorg dari agen tu send me a msg bgtau yang waktu checkout adalah 11am & waktu tu 10am lebih. Please note that booking time chckout is 12 noon. Guys not recommended at all.
