Good, the hotel has been recently renovated, the rooms are clean, and the view is nice.

We had an AMAZING stay at this hotel! The location is seriously top-notch, super easy to get everywhere, with a wide road in front and tons of great food places nearby. The reception team was incredibly friendly and spoke English really well, which made everything so easy. The room was nice overall, though the only small downside was that the AC wasn’t cold enough. Would highly recommend this place!

The room had 9 light bulbs, 3 were completely broken, and another 1 was blinking continuously. The host and staff are quite friendly and traveling is also convenient. But overall not worth the cost.

Room is exactly like the picture! However, the receptionist's attitude was not very friendly. The rest is okay because the location is also convenient for walking to the street. However, due to the customer's poor attitude and service, I will not return

I had a wonderful 2 nights stay at this hotel. Arrived quite late in the evening, however the owner was waiting for me for check-in. The room was clean and spacious, with the street view as expected. The next day after check in my room was made up, and towels were replaced, shampoo and shower gel added which is very nice. I appreciate them for a great hospitality and effort they put in providing a good customer care. In addition this hotel has an ideal location, which is close to the train station / airport bus stop (7 minutes walk), and old town beer street / night market in a walk distance as well.

Đặt phòng giường đôi lại cho thành phòng giường đơn 2 giường ghép lại nằm rất khó chịu.

Phòng khá cũ, không có máy sấy tóc như đã nói, tường bị tróc miếng dán, máy lạnh bị lỗi và cũng không có nước lọc

Khách sạn gần trung tâm. Rất tiện để đi đến khu phố cổ và các khu phố mới của HN. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ. Cô chủ cực kỳ thân thiện.
