Very comfortable and quiet... perfect for family gatherings

The staff was unfriendly. I was carrying three suitcases and they didn't help me at all, even though there was a service available. They just stared at us. The Wi-Fi was problematic. They said a technician would come, but there was no response until we checked out. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and clean.

Villa was clean, neat, tucked away from the busy Canggu road, but very convenient access to go anywhere in Canggu area, the staffs were helpful and clean everyday, pool was clean, water heater didn’t work though, and the shower pressure was small, but it’s okay, the dispenser has hot and cold options, stoves working properly, amenities and utensils are available, they replace towels everyday. Overall it was a great experience

The hotel staff was helpful, we were still able to check in late at night, and the pool was clean. The only downside was that the AC in the living room seemed to be missing its spirit. It had to be left on all day to cool down, but overall, the AC in the room was quite cool. The bathroom water had a slight odor, and I don't know where it came from.

Best experience, will come back here again and the price is affordable. Thank you

The villa is nice and clean, the swimming pool is clean, but the access road is very congested, even though the villa is already nice.

A pleasant experience, the villa was clean, and the staff was friendly and responsive. Check-in and check-out were also very quick. If we have the chance, we'll return for a longer stay.

There is a price for quality. complete toiletries, there is a private pool, there is soap, shampoo etc. there is a stove and complete cutlery. only 1 thing is missing.. There are many mosquitoes when sleeping at night.
